הֲֽיָם־֭אָנִי אִם־תַּנִּ֑ין כִּֽי־תָשִׂ֖ים עָלַ֣י מִשְׁמָֽר׃
Transliteration: Hayam ʾani ʾim-tannin ki-tasim ʿalay mishmar.
Literal Translation: “Am I the sea, or a sea monster, that you place a guard over me?”
